The Role:
The firm is seeking an experienced finance lawyer with at least 7 years' PQE to join its Edinburgh team. The successful candidate will work on key projects, including energy and infrastructure development, M&A activities, and refinancing, while engaging in significant client interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice on complex financing transactions
- Collaborate with clients and the firm's global network on cross-border matters
- Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality outcomes
Candidate Requirements:
- A minimum of 7 years' PQE in finance law, preferably from a commercial firm
- Strong communication, organisational, and project management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, flexible environment
