Factory Labourer
Temp to Perm, Days, £11.71p/hr, 39hrs per week

Interaction Recruitment are looking for a Factory Labourer to work for a busy Manufacturing company based near to Yeadon, Leeds on the Day shift.
Working under the Maintenance Manager, your day-to-day duties will include:
- Cleaning all areas of the factory
- Emptying general waste bins throughout the factory
- Clearing the factory of scrap wood and scrap metal
- Emptying recycling bins in the office and clearing cardboard boxes from the offices
- Bailing waste cardboard
- Emptying the shredding machine outside the offices
- Replenishing the washroom and kitchen supplies
- Gardening and Ground Maintenance duties
- Other ad hoc duties as required
You must be hard working with a flexible attitude towards work and duties. Other key skills include:
- Capable of working unsupervised
- Able to use own initiative
- C/B FLT Licence is desirable
- Team player, willing to cover workload of other labourers as and when required
- Good communication skills
- Flexibility to work overtime as and when required
Day shifts are 7am to 3.30pm from Mon to Thurs with a 2.30pm finish on a Friday. The Pay Rate for the role is £11.71p/hr with Overtime paid at time + ½. The role is initially advertised as Temp to Perm.
