Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, mentor, and motivate both sales and lettings teams, ensuring high performance and continuous development.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient processes across sales and lettings.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and grow the residential sales business.
- Develop and implement effective lettings strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Monitor local property market trends to inform business strategies and advise clients.
- Track and report on team performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Ensure all activities comply with relevant legislation and industry standards.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and work towards achieving sales and lettings targets.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in a management role and exposure to both sales and lettings.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a client-focused approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of the local property market is an advantage.
- A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
