Administration Officer
- Contract Type: Temporary (2–3 months)
- Working Hours: Full-time, 9am–5pm
- This is an office-based role in Whiteley, Fareham. Immediate start preferred. Parking available onsite.
We are seeking 2 proactive and detail-oriented Administrators to join a small project team working on a Customer Due Diligence initiative. There are 2 roles available, one more experienced - ideally with experience of administration in a financial / banking environment and one more general admin.
Key Responsibilities:
- Retrieve and collate customer due diligence information from paper files and system records
- Copy, scan, and file paper documents
- Electronically file scanned documents
- Maintain accurate records of completed work using tracking spreadsheets
Skills and Experience:
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small team
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience in customer due diligence and anti-money laundering processes
- Self-motivated with a keen eye for detail
