Our client based in Quedgeley, Gloucester who are a leading manufacturer in the construction sector are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis. Responsibilities/Duties;
- Dealing with inbound calls and emails
- Take and process sales orders
- Handle customer enquiries regarding deliveries, orders, discounts, part numbers, pricing etc
- Raise credit notes
- Deal with queries related to carrier and delivery notes
- Liaise with both internal teams across the group and external business partners

- Ability to work under own initiative
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Have a pro-active approach
- Good customer service background preferred
Hours- Monday-Friday, 8.30am-5pm
Salary- £24,000
