- 2 x Adults Occupational Therapists required for city wide service OTs within Adult Social Care
Location: Nottingham
Start date- Start of June
End date- 9+ months
Shift Pattern:
- Full time
- 8:30 - 5:00
Skills/Experience:
- Develop complex person centred packages of support; this may include rehabilitation / reablement, provision of equipment and structural adaptations.
- Have at least two years experience post qualification
- Must have comprehensive experience of completing assessments and reviews, and the provision of equipment and Adaptations
- Ability To Work As Part Of A Team And On Own Innitiative
