This is an exciting opportunity for a Site Manager to join a growing construction company where you'll be working on a mixture of interesting project in the Industrial and Commercial sectors, including some of the largest sport stadiums in the country, all whilst having great progression to Operations Manager.

This growing construction company mainly operate within the Commercial or Industrial sectors, with their projects ranging from food and beverage factories to working on some of the biggest sport stadiums in the country. They offer a plethora of services in these settings from full design and build, interior fit-out to repairs and maintenance. Holding themselves to a high standard in both quality and health & safety has consequently found them success since conception, which is why they have consistently grown and continue to grow with this great opportunity.
In this role, you will take on a number of responsibilities from managing construction projects from start to finish. Whilst managing the projects you'll be developing and maintain project schedules to ensure they are being completed to timely manner. You will be liaising with sub-contractors to ensure work is delegated and projects are running smoothly. Whilst projects are running you will be monitoring the sites and solving any problems as they arise. Finally, amongst other responsibilities you will be having consistent communication with in-house teams and clients providing quality updates on the projects.
Therefore, the ideal candidate will be a Site Manager who has experience running projects in the Commercial or Industrial sectors, and who also holds a full UK drivers license to be able to travel to their different sites in the region.

- Site Manager with their SMSTS
- Experience managing projects in the Commercial or Industrial sectors
- Experience managing project from start to finish, maintaining high levels of health and safety throughout.
- Based fully on their sites in Corby, Mowbury, Milton Keyens and surrounding areas
- Full UK drivers license
