We're excited to be hiring a Digital Marketing Executive on behalf of our client. This is an exciting opportunity to join a charity-based communications team, working to enhance the visibility and reach of the organisation through dynamic digital marketing strategies.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Strategy: Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to craft and implement cutting-edge digital marketing strategies.
  • Website Management: Keep our website updated, optimised, and user-friendly. Use analytics to drive improvements in user experience and conversion rates.
  • SEO & Content Creation: Write and promote SEO-friendly content, working with external agencies to boost our search engine performance and user engagement.
  • Social Media Savvy: Partner with the Social Media Officer to manage and grow our presence across platforms like Instagram, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Media & Communications: Develop and deliver national media stories, provide professional advice to volunteer Media Officers, and support key events
  • Recruitment Campaigns: Enhance digital recruitment efforts for service users and volunteers, manage paid social media campaigns, and continually refine the user journey for applicants.

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualifications & Experience: A recognised qualification in digital marketing or proven success in the field, with a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience.
  • Skills & Abilities: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a flair for content creation. Proficiency in social media management, graphic design principles, and tools like Illustrator or Photoshop is a plus.
  • Personal Attributes: Enthusiasm, flexibility, and innovation are key. You should have strong editorial skills, personal credibility, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
