Working 2 days per week, the position of Boatyard Operative (part time) has become available at Chichester Marina. This is a great opportunity for a customer focused individual, with a flexible work ethic, to join a fast paced team on a busy marina in the beautiful Chichester Harbour National Landscape.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate:

  • Ability to understand and deliver excellent customer service
  • Flexibility and adaptability to both marina and boatyard operations
  • "A can do" attitude and flexible approach to team work

This role includes working outdoors in all weathers and may require some weekend and bank holiday working.

A good knowledge of boats and experience driving plant would be a significant advantage but not essential as training, where required, will be given. In all cases we will support you to grow your skills and assist you to reach your potential. A full UK driving licence is essential.
