- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) / EYTS or equivalent with relevant experience in Primary Education.
- A deep understanding of the KS1 curriculum and the ability to create engaging lesson plans tailored to meet the diverse needs of young learners.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with pupils, parents, and colleagues, creating a supportive and collaborative learning environment.
- A commitment to fostering a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom atmosphere where every child feels valued and supported in their learning journey.
- Creativity and innovation in teaching methods, incorporating a range of resources and activities to inspire curiosity and facilitate holistic development.
