Plumbing & Heating Engineer - £36,000 - £40,000 + Van + Overtime

We are looking for a skilled Plumbing and Heating Engineer to join our dynamic maintenance team in Northampton. If you excel in plumbing and heating systems and are passionate about delivering high-quality service, we want to hear from you.
- *Responsibilities:**
- Install and repair plumbing fixtures such as toilets, taps, sinks, and showers.
- Maintain and service heating systems, including boilers, radiators, and pipework.
- Install and repair heating components such as pumps, valves, and thermostats.
- Handle tasks involving 2-port and 3-port valves, central heating pumps, and system drainage.
- Conduct power flushing to maintain heating efficiency.
- Perform 1st and 2nd fix plumbing and heating installations.
- Work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively.
- Carry out routine maintenance on plumbing systems.
- *Requirements:**
- Valid UK driving licence.
- G3 Vented & Unvented certification required.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing.
- Must have own tools.
- Preferably based near Northampton.
- *Benefits:**
- Competitive salary: £36,000 - £40,000 plus overtime.
- Company van available for private use.
- Overtime rates: 1.5x on Saturdays and 2x on Sundays.
- Standard working hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 - 17:00.
- Paid travel time.
- Benefits package including company pension, phone, van, and fuel card.
- 22 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing by 1 day per year up to 25 days.
