This luxury accessories retailer who are known for their beautiful products and innovation is looking for an HR business partner. The retailer own a number of global brands as part of their portfolio and are still looking to launch more products into the market.
As a HR business partner, you will play an integral part in achieving key objectives and developing employees through maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and supporting with strategies. Other responsibilities include recruitment, L&D and ER covering the retailers store function.
Coming from a similar position, you will be proactive and eager to develop. Having HR experience within the retail industry will be advantageous.
The role is paying up to £55,000. The role is based in East London. Please note, that you will be conducting weekly store visits throughout London. There will also be some travel to areas in the UK
