SALES LEDGER/CLIENT SERVICES MANAGER
A unique opportunity has arisen to join a forward-thinking, well-established business based in Mid Kent.
Our client is looking for someone to come in and lead a team of long-standing employees to meet the business SLA's.
Duties will include:
- Taking a hands-on approach, leading and developing a team of invoice processors
- Responsible for staff training and reviews within the department
- Carry out a variety of checks for accuracy with the invoice processing
- Responsible for investigating any errors in the invoicing team as the escalation point, providing solutions to deal with accordingly
- Advise on any potential process improvements
- Work closely with other senior managers providing reports and data analysis as and when required to aid in business decisions
The staff are spread across different sites, your main base will be in their Mid Kent office however, you will also spend time in the other 2 offices. You will have the autonomy as and when you do the visits, however, due to this being a staff management role, the expected frequency would be around once a month.
Suitable candidates will have experience heading up an invoice processing team with management experience. You may not currently be the Manager of a team however, if in your role, you are the go-to person in their absence and are looking for an opportunity to step up and lead a department of your own, then this could also be for you!
