The Role:
As a Residential Conveyancer, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion. You will provide expert legal advice to clients, ensuring that all transactions are handled efficiently and with the highest level of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, transfer deeds, and other legal documents.
- Conducting searches, liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties.
- Handling all aspects of the conveyancing process, including exchange of contracts and completion.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and firm policies.
- Providing exceptional client care, maintaining regular communication and managing expectations throughout the process.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Residential Conveyancer with a strong understanding of the conveyancing process from start to finish.
- Ability to manage a varied caseload independently, with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Client-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with case management systems and the ability to work efficiently in a digital environment.
