Business Systems Lead (SAP S4 HANA)

Are you a business facing technology professional with knowledge of SAP ideally S/4 HANA? Can you demonstrate a track record of working with key business stakeholders to identify business needs? Do you have excellent communication skills and the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders? Would you like to work in delivery focussed environment that will utilise your technical strategic and commercial skills?

This is a newly created and high-profile position that will play a key role in the companies continued digital transformation journey helping to identify and implement best in class solutions across the organisation. As the successful applicant you will define and articulate a clear vision for the product development across finance & logistics operations and ensure a clear understanding of the impact of product decisions on customer and business value. Work with the Architect, the Business Owners, Integration Partners, and the Delivery team to effectively prioritise and manage design, builds and changes. Collaborate with the wider product team and business stakeholders to support the definition and development of the product roadmaps, strategy, and prioritisation. You will lead a team of three and scope, assess and schedule SAP development work CI and projects that aligns business needs.

To be considered you will need to demonstrate well rounded knowledge of SAP ideally S/4 HANA, excellent communication skills are essential, and you must be comfortable working directly with the business to identify and understand requirements. Whilst SAP experience is essential you will need to demonstrate a pragmatic approach to identifying and selecting the best solution. The ability to lead, structure and resource a technical team to deliver results within a target driven environment. Strong problem-solving skills, being able to identify innovative yet practical solutions to complex problems. As the ideal candidate you will have a no job too large or small approach be comfortable challenging the status quo and asking recommendations to improve business performance.
