The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Residential Property Solicitor to join our client's expanding team. This role is ideal for Newly Qualified (NQ) solicitors or those with a few years of post-qualification experience. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a diverse caseload of residential property matters, ranging from sales and purchases to more complex transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a varied caseload of residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
- Providing high-quality legal advice and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders.
- Contributing to the firm's business development activities, including networking and client engagement.

About You:
- Qualified Solicitor or Equivalent (Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer) in England and Wales with a focus on residential property law.

- Ability to manage a varied caseload with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
