The Role: As the Senior Project Manager, you will lead a team of four talented professionals, ensuring the successful delivery of various IT projects. Your leadership and strategic thinking will be crucial in advancing the company's technological capabilities and enhancing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and mentor a team of four, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT systems updates, ensuring they align with business objectives.
  • Drive the development and enhancement of CRM systems to improve customer relationship management.
  • Lead the roll out of AI initiatives across the business, leveraging cutting-edge technology to optimise processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and successful integration.
  • Monitor project progress, manage budgets, and ensure timely completion.
  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, preferably within the IT sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
  • Extensive experience with IT systems updates, CRM developments, and AI technologies.
  • Excellent project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Relevant qualifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are desirable.
