The role:
- Full time Residential Conveyancer based in the Shirley office
- Managing a high-volume caseload of residential property sales
- Communicating professionally and effectively with clients, 3rd parties, customers and colleagues by phone and in writing within tight deadlines
The ideal candidate:
- 2-3 years PQE
- Experienced in managing your own caseload of conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion
- A team player who is also independent
- Approachable, well presented and professional
