AJ Chambers are proud to be partnered with a national law firm as they look to grow their Residential Property team by hiring a Conveyancer into their Spalding office.
The firm are looking to hire a Residential Conveyancer or a Conveyancing Lawyer who is either a qualified Solicitor, CILEX or CLC qualified.
Responsibilities:
- Handle a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
- Provide clear and concise advice to clients on all aspects of the conveyancing process
- Prepare, review and negotiate contracts and other legal documents related to residential conveyancing
- Manage transactions from instruction to completion, ensuring that deadlines are met and clients are kept fully informed
Requirements:
- Qualified conveyancer with experience in independantly handling a caseload
- Excellent knowledge of the residential conveyancing process and a deep understanding of the legal issues involved
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
