Sanctuary Personnel is looking for a competent Caretaker to join our team in Brentwood.
As an Caretaker, you will will assist in the delivery of a responsive customer-based service for our residents.
The rate of pay for this role is £12.17+ P/H.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining communal areas within council housing estates
- Communal cleaning, grounds maintenance, estates inspections.
- carrying out small maintenance repairs as well as some responsibilty in health & safety and security issuses of the estate.
- To provide exceptional customer serivce.
- Ensuring all the housing estates are in a safe and clean environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Full UK driving Licence and your own Vechicle
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of attention to detail.
