Length: 4 months initial contract subject to extend
Work hour: 08.00 - 17.00
Pay Rate: £14/hour PAYE
Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services is currently seeking a Facilities Supervisor on behalf of a well established Facilities Management company on a 4 months initial contract subject to extension.
In this role you will be working closely with the client, managing a team of cleaners and general duties. Some of the other duties will include but are not limited to:
- Facilities management of the land & buildings at Wedgnock Lane HQ and other Volvo sites as deemed necessary
- Point of contact for all repair and maintenance issues within the property and to maintain a call logging / help desk system
- To ensure that all maintenance services, major and minor capital projects are carried out to performance standards and within given capital and revenue budgets
- Managing suppliers on planned maintenance, repairs, landscaping and gardening
- Managing the contracts set up by NAP regarding Cleaning services, Security, Restaurant, Auditorium and Gymnasium plus any other associated contracts to the building
- Management and prioritised allocation of works to on site maintenance and other suppliers
- Team members in the Volvo Disaster Recovery plan and Out of Hours call out requirements in case of emergencies, and etc.
Requirements for this position:
- Commercial vehicle property knowledge would be an advantage but not essential
- Experience and knowledge of Facilities Management
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office or Computer literate
