We are on the lookout for a detail-oriented Assistant Management Accountant to join a leading construction company. This is a temporary position perfect for a proactive individual who is immediately available to step into a dynamic accounting role.
Day to Day of the role:
- Assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts.
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Conducting variance analysis and reconciling balance sheets.
- Collaborating with the finance team to improve financial controls and processes.
- Assisting with year-end audits and ad hoc financial reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in management accounting within the construction sector is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial software.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- AAT qualification or part-qualified CIMA/ACCA (or equivalent) is desirable.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
