Our client is seeking an Account Manager to join their creative Sales team, you will coordinate a variety of campaign types across Events, Marketing, TV, Audio and more. Each campaign this company creates is unique and fun, with their focus being on a range of industry sectors including Sports, Food & Beverage, Fashion, Charity, Automotive and more.
Responsibilities:
- Own the client experience from start to end
- Achieve sales revenue in assigned territories to achieve yearly personal and company sales target
- Thoroughly research and qualify leads and clients to clearly establish client budget and sales potential
- Liaise with clients providing account management services, taking a brief, creation of quotes, negotiation of sale, closure of sale, creating of contract, invoice and post event management
- Build and develop long lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
- Be creative and inquisitive by nature and inventive on wanting to find the best solution for the client's marketing campaign
Requirments:
- At least 3-5 years' experience within sales and account management selling to marketing, experience and creative agencies & brands
- An understanding of creative marketing campaigns and working directly with brands
- CRM experience in Salesforce or a similar CRM system
- Consultative Sales Approach
