Job Role; Sales Ledger Assistant
With our Client we are looking to appoint a Sales Ledger Assistant on a TEMP to PERM basis.
Working in Sales Ledger and Reporting to the Sales Ledger Manager - we are looking for a character who can work across;
- Processing of Sales Ledger Invoices
- Allocate Payments
- Input Excel spreadsheets
- Assist with processing Credit Notes
- Query Management and Resolution - Internal and External
SKILLS NEEDED TO BE SUITED TO THE SALES LEDGER ASSISTANT ROLE;
- Experience of Excel
- Understand an Invoice and a Credit Note
- Be able to work in a fast paced / high volume role and environment
- Be able to take a role on a Temp to Perm basis.
WHAT YON CAN EXPECT AS THE SALES LEDGER ASSISTANT;
- £12 per hour YOU WILL ALSO GET PAID HOLIDAY - meaning that your rate will be £13.45 per hour
- WEEKLY PAY
- ON SITE CAR PARKING
- REFRESHMENTS - Tea / Coffee / Water / Fruit etc.
- Annual salary of c £25,000 once the role is offered on a permanent basis
