Your new role
We are looking to recruit a Boarding Home/House Manager to provide excellent care for exceptional levels of care and support to the residential students whilst leading and managing an individual boarding house. You will play a key role in our drive to raise the quality of boarding to an outstanding level. As the link between students, parents and the academic aide of college, we are looking for our Home Managers to lead the way in creating and maintaining a home from home environment. You have responsibility for the all-round welfare and success of the young people in your boarding house.
What you'll need to succeed
- Take a flexible approach to your duties. Overnight and weekend supervision will be required and a willingness to 'muck in'
- Degree level education or higher
- Excellent record as a teacher or middle/senior leader, with evidence of the ability to manage staff and implement whole college strategies
- Passionate about the development of young people.
