Are you an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant looking for an exciting opportunity? We have a fantastic position available at a stunning new development site in St Neots, Cambridgeshire. As the site progresses to Phase 4, you'll have ample opportunity to maximise your earnings through excellent commission potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential buyers, providing exceptional customer service and expert guidance throughout the home-buying process.
  • Conduct site tours and present the benefits of the development and individual properties to prospective clients.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the development, including floor plans, specifications, and the surrounding area.
  • Manage the sales process from initial inquiry to completion, ensuring all paperwork and legalities are handled efficiently.
  • Work closely with the sales and construction teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery of homes.
  • Utilise your sales experience to meet and exceed targets, contributing to the overall success of the development.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in New Homes Sales is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • A proactive, motivated, and results-driven approach to sales.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, with 1 in 3 weekends off, and standard days off on Tuesday and Wednesday.
