We have a fantastic opportunity for you to work for the Royal Mint as Santa's Helpers & Retail Staff based in Llantrisant, South Wales, CF72 8YT.
**The Royal Mint Experience are looking to fill multiple positions both to assist members of the public including families and children both in the shop and at Santa's Grotto giving a magical and memorable experience for all guests**
Typical working hours and Payrate:
You will be required to be flexible and be able to work between Monday to Sunday, including evenings, on a Rota based system.
- Part-time hours: Minimum 6 hours per week
- Monday until Thursday afternoon evening work, we can be flexible on hours, for example 18:00 till 22:00 shift 4 hours or 15:00 till 21:00 shift 6 hours.
- Friday to Sunday it will be 9 hour shifts, again we can be flexible on these
- Pay: £11.48 per hour

- Embrace the idea of 'the team' and actively work to ensure the success of the attraction. A conscientious attitude, ability to follow the script given and be open to receiving feedback from the management team.
- Ensure you are always punctual, ready to start working at the time your shift starts.
- Ensure the highest standards of presentation are maintained throughout the attraction.
- Be courteous and professional to guests.
- Observe and report to the General/Duty Manager immediately any incidents which may affect the presentation, other employees, or guests of the visitor attraction.

- Experience in retail, using tills, stock replen

Desirable
- Experience in amateur dramatics
- Previous Experience of working in the Tourism Sector
- Experience in group management to maintain tight booking times
- Ability to speak a foreign language
- Awareness of health and safety
- Storytelling/ Interest in History
