Pre Litigation Paralegal - RTA Liverpool

Key Responsibilities of pre litigation Paralegal:
- Progressing pre-litigation claims in a timely manner
- Obtaining medical records and preparing a chronology of pre-accident medical history
- Obtaining medical reports
- Obtaining insurance repair/outlay documentation
- Instructing Counsel to attend conferences
- Carrying out and completing risk assessments
- Ensuring clients are kept informed throughout the life of the claim
- Liaising with clients, third party insurers and referrers etc throughout the claim
Experience required:
- Have a basic knowledge of RTA file handling
- To have a working knowledge or the relevant case law and/or RTA legislation
- An ability to work in an organised and efficient manner
- Excellent communication and client care skills
