We are working with a Medium Size Freight Forwarder who have an exciting opportunity for Export Clerk.
Looking for 12 months + experience with any mode ( Muti-Modal ) is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Setting up in-house system ready for the start of each day.
- Completing export bookings throughout the day.
- Working in a fast-paced environment
- Travel to and from customs when required
- Accurately creating and completing customs entries for Carnets/ Licenses/ KP Certificates
- Post flight and trace investigations to improve export service. Obtain handling reports and refunds where appropriate.
- Control sheet and file management to ensure the information is complete and accurate.
- Completion of documentation on behalf of clients.
- Complete export MIB's when required.
- Cutting MAWBs at end of day.
- Carrying out other adhoc duties as requested

Due to location Car Driver preferred.
Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm
Salary - £21,000 - £23,000
