HR Manager - PART TIME - Tonbridge - £30,000 - Hybrid (2 days per week / potential to move to 3 days per week)

This is a fantastic position for a seasoned HR professional to manage and oversee the full scope of HR duties and responsibilities across this innovative company and team.
The role:
Reporting into the CEO and Founder, you will support with all employee issues, concerns and queries, covering the following duties:
- Acting as a point of contact for the team and providing day-to-day support to management on employee matters.
- Recording and managing staff absence.
- Recruitment for all areas of the business including writing contracts, completing references and all necessary right to work checks and new starter inductions.
- Supporting annual employee development reviews.
- Effectively communicating company news and staffing updates to employees.
- Team payroll processing.
- Other ad-hoc duties as required.
About you:
- You will be an experienced HR professional with a proven background in a stand-alone HR Management / Generalist role. (If you are also CIPD qualified that would be desirable, however not necessary to the role)
- Excellent understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Experience of payroll processing and HRIS.
- Knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
- Adept communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to act with discretion, empathy and integrity.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
Please note that applicants must also be a Driver and have access to a vehicle.
