Business Development Manager - Competitive Salary + uncapped Commission - Remote, covering the West Midlands/Wales regions of the UK
The Role

We are a service company dealing with Intermediaries and are looking to appoint a confident Business Development Manager who will be responsible for generating new business by developing and maintaining relationships with Mortgage Brokers and Estate Agents in the West Midlands/Wales regions. You'll be promoting the services of our panel of conveyancing law firms, securing referrals from these key players.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with new and existing Mortgage Brokers & Estate Agents.
- Sell conveyancing and related services from our law firm panel.
- Follow our established sales process, including telesales calls.
- Confidently present to company decision-makers during face-to-face meetings.
- Showcase our user-friendly web-based portal to potential clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records within our CRM system.
- Submit weekly sales reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales and enhance the client journey.

The Person
- Proven experience in field sales with a successful track record.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to confidently handle client objections.
- Experience in customer service and relationship management.
- Clean UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
- Basic computer literacy (Word, Excel etc.).
