This is an exciting new role for an individual to come into the department to learn the core skills to progress a career in Facilities and Maintenance. This will provide the right candidate, a great opportunity to play a key role in the business, ensuring the company meets the customer needs whilst gaining experience.

DENSO Marston Ltd, based in Shipley, West Yorkshire, is a global leader in high-performance heat exchange units and cooling modules, is on the lookout for a proactive and organised Data & Maintenance Planner to join their fast-paced team, reporting to the Maintenance Manager.

This is a fantastic opportunity to dive into the world of maintenance planning and facilities management, where your coordination skills and data analysis expertise will make a real impact on efficiency, sustainability, and operational excellence.

Working Hours & Benefits

  • Monday to Thursday: 08:30 – 17:00
  • Friday: 08:30 – 13:30
  • Holiday: 25 days per year + 9 statutory bank holidays

Key Responsibilities

  • The management and application of data, specifically to improve the reporting of:

  • Energy efficiency.

  • Carbon Neutral Status.

  • Breakdowns

  • Manpower Utilisation.

  • Departmental KPI reporting

  • Communicating with teams across the business and supporting.

  • Controlling projects involving data collection and reporting.

  • Coordination of maintenance/facilities service contract schedule with technical and purchasing department, including

  • Monitoring contract renewal dates with purchasing.

  • Scheduling contractor servicing with production

Some contractor management (dependant on technical requirements)

Preferred Experience and Skills

  • Ability to manage own workload delivering tasks in a timely manner
  • Possess the determination and perseverance to succeed in a competitive & challenging environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • An eye for detail.
  • Confident producing reports on data and the delivery of those reports
  • Strong Microsoft 365 skills.
