A well established Brighton based business are looking to recruit a full time in office Assistant Systems Accountant on a permanent basis.
Description
As Assistant Systems Accountant, you will be responsible for:
- Ensure all departments have the required hardware for operation
- Ensure all correct products and prices and maintain a register of change requests
- Ensure the system is fully operations
- Oversee the month end process for purchase ledger ensuring all invoices have been accounted for.
- Ensure that the purchase order system is being adhered to and notifying management accountant of any non compliance
- Develop a management reporting system extracting data from various systems to produce KPI reports
- Maintain with IT support company Hardware Registers
- Deal with general IT issues as they arise being the main point of contact with IT support provider
- Assist with troubleshooting problems that arise within any of the software programmes
Profile
- Knowledge of Accounts, Systems, IT and Operations
- Central Brighton location, no parking, in office Monday to Friday
- Knowledge of software for accounts and operations along with strong excel
