The role:

You will play a pivotal and integral role in shaping and executing the brand's content strategy, explicitly creating engaging and visually compelling content for digital and social media platforms.

We're after a social-native, content-obsessed creator who gets the ins and outs of every major platform. Someone who can shoot, edit, post, and keep things moving without being micromanaged. Reporting to the Brand Manager, you'll lead their content output across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and beyond. As expected, you'll also analyse content performance metrics (engagement rate, reach, impressions, conversions) to assess success and refine future content strategies.

You'll also plan and create engaging content (video photo), own the content calendar, manage shoots, work with athletes, influencers and partners, and track what's landing (and what's not). If you've got UGC instincts, strong creative vision, and a passion for food, health, or sport. this one's for you. You'll also work with the Head of Marketing to collaborate with influencers, ambassadors, brand partners and sporting events to create joint content projects that amplify brand reach and engagement. And, capture and edit compelling lifestyle and product photography and videos to convey impactful brand stories.

What we're looking For:

It's hard to put a precise number of years' experience on this role, and we feel around 4 years in social media, content creation, or digital marketing, preferably in the food, sports and wellness industries, will most likely nail it.

Attitude and temperament are key as they've built a wonderful culture and simply need people that laugh in the rain, and don't moan,(too much). The brand has made a deep impact on the market, since it has been superbly positioned & marketed. For this reason, you will need a sound understanding of how to make the best use of creativity and social technology, to deliver content that provide the most value to this brand.

A mega portfolio (personal or brand) showcasing high-quality content creation on personal or business social media accounts is vital. As is extensive knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices, evidenced by a history of creating engaging content and growing social media followings. A high level of proficiency in photography and videography, adept at using editing software to craft visually impactful graphics and animations is also important, as is strong storytelling skills, both visual and written.
