The Market Data Services team are responsible for the Global Infrastructure that delivers Real-Time and Historic Market Data to over 100 applications and supporting thousands of users bank wide.
You will provide expert level market data technical support to business users and their market data applications and services for Deutsche Bank locations globally, integrated in a follow the-sun support model. You will play an active key role in the day-to-day support activities, administration and projects associated with the market data environment.
You will be joining a group that is chartered to implement and maintain all aspects of the market data environments to the highest standard. Providing second level support to both the users and the vendors. You will be working in a technical team and will have both technical and functional elements.

Your key responsibilities
- Supporting global infrastructure and market data applications
- Involvement in beta testing, creating install instructions for packaging
- Coordinating projects to keep infrastructure and desktop application up-to-date
- Utilising monitoring Tools, ITRS
- Communicating with external vendors and Internal Deutsche Bank teams.
Your skills and experience
- Experience in End User / Application Support and good problem solving skills
- Working knowledge of Windows / Linux operating systems and networks
- Good communication skills, flexibility and good team player
- Ability to learn new software and quickly understand complex dependencies
- Ability to explain and document technical information clearly
