Lloyd Recruitment Services is partnering with a reputable East Grinstead business to recruit a full-time, permanent Digital Marketing Executive. This role involves leading the development and execution of innovative digital marketing campaigns to drive lead generation, directly supporting the sales team. You will be responsible for planning and executing targeted email, digital, and social media campaigns that align with the brand strategy, meet deadlines, and stay within budget.

- Monday to Friday 37.5 hour week

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and run targeted email, digital, and social media campaigns
- Ensure campaigns align with brand strategy, meet deadlines, and stay within budget
- Collaborate closely with the sales team, Senior Marketing Executive, and Head of Exhibition Marketing to support commercial strategies
- Manage exhibition websites, sponsor relationships, and marketing partnerships
- Analyse campaign data to optimise performance and identify new opportunities
- Oversee digital communications, including SEO, PPC, and social media
- Prepare detailed post-event reports and marketing analysis
Skills & Experience:
- Proven track record of delivering B2B digital marketing campaigns
- Proven track record of managing websites SEO and PPC
- Takes ownership and initiative
- Ambitious and enthusiastic with a hunger to learn
- Analytical, results-focused approach
- Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines and budgets
- Team player with the ability to build good working relationships internally and externally
