They have undergone a period of exceptional growth following an acquisition, and are now seeking a skilled Salesforce Architect to be the driving force behind their Salesforce strategy.

You'll design and deliver robust Salesforce solutions that align with business goals, enhance performance, and ensure seamless integration across systems. This is a critical role where you'll lead the architecture and technical direction of the platform, while also acting as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and Innovate: Design scalable and future-proof Salesforce architecture that meets complex business needs and leverages the latest Salesforce features.
  • Lead and Guide: Provide expert technical leadership to development teams, ensuring solutions follow best practices and high-quality standards.
  • Integrate Seamlessly: Create integration strategies that connect Salesforce to other key systems, ensuring data consistency and alignment across platforms.
  • Optimise Performance: Monitor and fine-tune system performance, focusing on scalability, efficiency, and long-term growth.
  • Strategic Advisory: Collaborate with business leaders and project teams to translate business objectives into technical solutions that align with our strategic roadmap.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Salesforce Expertise: Deep understanding of Salesforce products like Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, and Einstein, with proven experience in designing complex solutions.
  • Certifications: Advanced certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, along with relevant integration and data architecture credentials.
  • Technical Leadership: Strong experience in guiding teams, reviewing custom code, and implementing best practices.
  • Project Management: Ability to lead large-scale Salesforce projects from concept to delivery, with skills in risk management and strategic planning.
  • Integration Mastery: Expertise in designing and implementing integrations using APIs, middleware, and Salesforce Connect.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Design and spearhead the implementation of various Salesforce solutions tailored to meet organizational needs.
  • Act as the initial point of contact in the design and functionality discussions with technical teams and business units.
  • Lead system architecture reviews and ensure the alignment of the architecture with business objectives.
  • Contribute to the practical implementation of Salesforce applications across organizational departments.
  • Develop high-level project plans and timelines to guide and track the Salesforce implementation processes.

Key Skills

  • Extensive experience with Salesforce Architecture & its ecosystems.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage large-scale technical projects and teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of integration patterns, practices, and methodologies in Salesforce.
  • Strong problem-solving skills coupled with excellent communication abilities.
  • Prior experience in the Service industry is highly desirable.
