Salary: £26,000 - £34,000.

This ground investigation consultancy are seeking a Geotechnical Engineer comfortable with site work and standard ground investigation processes to join their expanding team. Based in Milton Keynes and with two other offices in the UK, the role provides fantastic opportunity for continued professional development and career progression, working amongst a team of geotechnical and geo-environmental specialists on a variety of ground investigation and contaminated land projects.

This Geotechnical Engineer position offers:

The successful Geotechnical Engineer will be working on site investigations, carrying out phase 1 an phase 2 studies, borehole logging, trial pitting, supervising drilling rigs and writing factual and interpretive reports. Experience and a keenness to learn and increase geotechnical knowledge is imperative.

The Geotechnical Engineer selected will have:

  • Experience in a geotechnical or geo-environmental position.
  • A degree in Engineering Geology, Geotechnical Engineering, environmental science or a similar subject.
  • Confidence communicating with team members and clients.
  • A full and clean UK Driving Licence.
  • A full right to work in the UK.
  • Live commutable to Milton Keynes and the surrounding area.
