Sales Consultants required - uncapped commission

What are we looking for in our Sales Consultants?
- Be a highly effective communicator with the ability to build rapport with customers from a variety of cultural backgrounds.
- Have the ability to focus on the desired result, by setting challenging goals, whilst meeting or exceeding them.
- You are eager to learn, grow and develop in a scale up environment.
- Great customer service skills with a customer outcome driven focus and approach.
- Strong administrative capabilities.
- 3 years of Sales Consultant or similar experience.
- A full UK Driver's License is desired but not essential.
Your sales responsibilities will include:
- Drive growth via a customer and solution focused approach.
- Handling sales inquiries and educating customers on products and benefits.
- Progressing the customer lead through the pipeline.
- Scheduling appointments (via phone/email/chat).
- Working closely with the operation and depot teams to ensure the company are maximising all sales potentials.
- Maintain an unwavering high level of customer with a passion.
