Your new role
As Interim Senior HR BP, you will support a property management client group being responsible for delivering the People strategy and providing advice and guidance to the business on ER, TUPE and compensation as well as workforce planning, change and performance.
What you'll need to succeed
CIPD qualified or equivalent, you will have worked at Senior HR BP / Director level within a corporate matrix where you will be able to evidence your experience of managing complex ER casework, TUPE and compensation and reward. It is essential that you can start a new role on short notice and can commit to a 6 month FTC working a minimum of 2-3 days per week from the London office.
