The Role:

  • Business Development and building business relationships
  • Headhunting and identifying suitable candidates.
  • Negotiating and objection handling.
  • Qualifying candidates and building candidate networks.
  • Arranging and preparing candidates for interviews.
  • Lead & referral generating.
  • Learning to become an expect in your market.

The Requirements:

You do not need any prior recruitment experience! However, the company are looking for ambitious individuals who have sales experience or a degree.
