Currently working with a fantastic Client based in Heywood. Our client is a leading Freight Forwarding and Logistics company with offices worldwide. They are looking for a Customer Success Co-Ordinator to help manage their growing portfolio of clients.
Working hours are - Full time, Monday - Friday, 9-5

Responsibilities:
This role will involve being the first point of contact for customers. The successful candidate will form part of a team that manages over 600 customer accounts with which you will develop and maintain relationships with important customers**.**
- Obtain a thorough understanding of the business to help customers as best as possible
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers over the phone, email and in person when required
- Ensure all queries are handled in a timely manner and as accurately as possible
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure the relevant needs of accounts are met
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel both internally and externally
- Maintain and develop the CRM system
- Work with an existing supplier base
- Achieve customer objectives defined by company management
Profile:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Detail driven and adherence to deadlines
- Ability to work on own initiative, self-motivated
- Computer literate with Office and CRM systems
- Experience working in a customer facing role
- Experience with Account Management is desirable
