Essential to this role is the continued development of the marketing team, creating a collaborative environment that enables the efficient execution of the chosen marketing strategy and as such management experience is important though a candidate taking a step up with the perfect background may be considered. You will take full ownership of the marketing function overseeing both online and offline marketing, devising the marketing strategy and tracking the performance of marketing campaigns.
The perfect candidate will possess experience of managing a multi-disciplined team, preferably within a B2B environment, project management experience would also be preferable. The effectiveness of the role will likely be assessed based on lead generation and sales performance, therefore, it is crucial to find a marketer who is self-assured and thrives in a commercially oriented marketing position.
In return, the company offers a hybrid working setup working 4 days in the office and 1 from home. Furthermore, due to its location, this role is easily commutable from St Ives, Huntingdon, Downham Market, Cambridge, Royston, Ely, Newmarket, Bedford, and St Neots.
