Are you a Health and Safety Manager or similar, from a Manufacturing background, looking to lead and build your own team within an innovative, global manufacturer, where you will play a crucial role in the growth of the company's projects department?
Do you want to have influence on sites across the world, driving the improvement of health and safety of a leading manufacturer, working closely with the senior leadership and executive team to do so?
On offer is the opportunity to join a leader in the manufacturing industry, producing high speed machines for plants across the world. For over 100 years they have been relied upon by major clients, and with continued growth arises the opportunity for a new Health and Safety Manager to join the team.
You will be responsible for leading and developing the health and safety team across all international projects, overseeing auditing and presenting findings and recommendations to the executive team.
This role would suit a Health and Safety Manager looking for a pivotal role within an international company, where you will be rewarded with fantastic benefits.
The Role:
- Lead the development of standards and processes for global sites
- Build and develop a H&S team to support future growth
- Carry out audits and inspections at project sites
- Maintain documentation and present to executive team
The Person:
- Health and Safety Manager or similar
- NEBOSH
- Understanding of CDM regulations
