Pertemps is excited to support our esteemed client in the search for reliable and enthusiastic Postal/Parcel Delivery Workers in Glasgow G15. If you excel in customer service and enjoy an active, varied role, this position is ideal for you.
Role Responsibilities:
- Begin each shift at the local delivery office, where you'll sort and prepare parcels for delivery.
- Use a handheld device for capturing delivery signatures and route navigation.
- This role requires walking up to 8 miles daily, carrying up to 16kg of mail and parcels up to 20kg.
- Deliver by vehicle and on foot, using a trolley when needed to ensure efficient service.
What You Need:
- Valid UK Driving License: Up to 6 points permitted (clean license preferred).
- Experience: Prior delivery or driving experience is helpful but not essential.
- Customer-Focused: Strong time management, communication, and customer service skills.
- Weather Ready: Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions.
