Property Sales Progressor/Administrator - Buy to Let Property - Ascot - 54040

Our client is delighted to offer an opening within their Sales Progression Team specialising in off-market buy-to-let property.

As a Sales Progressor/Office Administrator, your main focus will be Sales Progression, as well as supporting the Head Of Sales Progression in administrative support, so an expert Sales Support Administrator looking to broaden their skills and expertise will also be considered.

Our client is a B2B company providing the management of sales on behalf of property developers to a global network of agents.

Twin Role:

  • To assist with the sales progression process from reservation through to exchange and completion of contracts.
  • To provide administrative support to all departments within the business covering Sales, Business Development, Marketing and Accounts.

Key responsibilities:

  • Preparing and issuing sales documentation including Memoranda of Sale, Cancellation Forms and Notices of Exchange & Completion.
  • Accurately recording transaction updates and sharing them with all relevant salespeople, agents and solicitors in a timely manner.
  • Booking mortgage valuations and key handovers at completion.
  • Updating and maintaining the data held on the CRM / associated databases.
  • Scheduling all internal and external meetings via a range of methods (incl. Zoom, Outlook 365, and Microsoft Teams)
  • Maintaining the office appearance, post, filing systems and the ordering of stationery supplies.

Required skills:

  • The ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • A fast thinking and positive can do attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills both over the phone and email.
  • A good listener.
  • Efficient & organised.
  • Great presentation and attention to detail, including spelling and grammar.
  • Expert using Microsoft packages, in particular Excel.
  • Outlook 365 experience.
  • Able to handle confidential data.

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous experience of sales progression within the property industry.
  • Familiarity with a CRM package.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat and cloud-based storage systems (Dropbox preferred).
  • Exposure to working with other departments within an organisation to understand/achieve the 'big picture'.
  • A driving licence and own transport.

Salary: £30k Basic + Commission Structure (OTE £35k+, uncapped)

Location: Ascot, Berkshire

Hours: 9am - 6pm Monday - Friday

Holidays: 20 days + Bank Holidays
