Role Description

During your time as a Cover Teacher, you'll play an instrumental role in preserving the continuity of education in schools across the Harrow area, focused on covering classes during teacher absences. The role offers the opportunity to teach across multiple subjects and year groups, which will allow you to get a good feel for what you enjoy most, while also keeping every day unique!

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Equivalent, or already working in a Cover Teacher role.

  • Strong understanding of classroom management techniques and student engagement skills.
  • Passionate about Student's education and invested in making a positive impact to their lives
