My client is a reputable civils sub contractor, that due to an increasing workload are in the market for a Contacts Manager. They deliver civils groundworks and remediation works. Their client base are leading tier one main contractors and house builders.
As Contract Manager you will have experience running multiple projects, ensuring all projects are running smoothly to time and agreed budgets.
You will be managing up to 4project coherently responsible for to ensure the management and site delivering of the project is running smoothly to time and to budget.
A lot of their clients are long standing, so an excellent client manor and relationship building qualities is essential for this role. Health and safety is paramount to them, so those with extra health and safety qualifications would be of interest to them.
You will have an excellent health and safety record, ensuring all projects are completed with this high standard. As contracts manager you will be fully conversant in civil engineering and groundwork projects. Typical works include, drainage, 278 works, entrée roads for new build housing plots.
My client has an strong pipeline of works across the north west region.
