Are you on the lookout for a varied and challenging Customer Service Coordinator?

Perhaps you come from a planning/scheduling/coordinating background and would be excited at the prospect of joining an International company?

Ideally you would have worked in a varied customer service or administration role and have experience coordinating engineers, drivers or technicians

Right Now Group are currently partnered with an International Engineering Industry leader on the lookout to find the right individual to join their expanding team of Planners!

Job title: Customer Service Coordinator
Job type: permanent - full-time
Salary: £26k - £30k
Hours: 40 hours Monday to Friday 8:30 - 17:30
Location: Office based - Shepperton

Role responsibilities of a Customer Service Coordinator:

  • Scheduling engineers workload, including all repairs, planned maintenance and breakdowns
  • Working closely with internal and external customers
  • Working closely with Field Operational Managers to drive productivity from the field team
  • Working closely and communicating with internal departments regarding ETA's
  • Keeping communication with customers and providing them with regular updates

Desirable skills of a Customer Service Coordinator:

  • Ability to multitask
  • Previous experience working in a planning environment
  • Good IT skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good timekeeping skills
