Locum Band 6 Physiotherapist
Location: East of England
Hours: Full-time, up to 37.5 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Mon - Fri, 8:00am - 4:00pm or 8:30am - 4:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct specialist assessments and provide individualized treatment for stroke patients with complex needs.
- Offer expert advice, collaborate on discharge plans, and act as an autonomous practitioner.
- Communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team (MDT) and coordinate discharge plans.
- Manage your own caseload, time management, and compliance with team audits and KPIs.
- Support and mentor junior and non-qualified staff.

Essential Qualifications:
- HCPC registration.
- Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent.
- Disclosure and Barring Service Check (DBS).
Desirable Attributes:
- Experience in a similar role in NHS.
- Strong communication and MDT coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload.
